My experience and reflection

I was careful in choosing the picture for my very first post because I had to get a picture that was able  to represent my feelings  and reactions. That was my very first task and I spent some time on viewing all the 'qualified' pictures and after rounds of 'knockout', eventually, I picked that one. I was satisfied with my product as I think I really did a good job on choosing the picture. I love the cosiness in the picture and I believe that you will love the feelings  that the picture gives you like I do : )

I love the thought of posting entries in my blog because after accomplishing my first task, I truly felt the satisfaction I got after putting in my efforts to produce my piece of work and this satisfaction gives me  the passion and motivation to continue to work hard and achieve my  goals.

In my personal opinion, I think blogging will  allow  us  to get a better understanding of one another. We can also post our reflections in our blogs after we have accomplished certain projects. I think viewing classmates' reflections via blog is much easier to do so and this also helps in saving our environment by reducing the amount of papers we use.

There are a lot more advantages that blogs can give us. Since we will be using our laptops oftenly, I think  we should make use of our blogs to do other tasks.

  1. Hi Zhiying

Good to hear that the new experience has spur more motivation and enthusiasm in you - as you are about to get inducted into the SST family :D

Blog is a great place to get to know people, through their sharing of thoughts. It's also a great place to facilitate learning in a different way!

We'll get to blog pretty often... not just for assignments/tasks assigned by the teachers, but also continue with this blog, to document, broadly, the learning journey in SST.

BTW, I like the picture you chose in the previous posting.

Notice that the links displayed are in Chinese. You may want to consider converting it to English.

    Cheers!

  3. Ms Loh has a point about changing the language settings, because you would have to think about the audience reading your posts :)

  4. Hi Ms Loh and Richie!
I am pretty sorry for this late reply.
I had noticed the same thing about the language after posting my first post. I tried to access to the internet but failed.
I have already changed the language back to English and I agree with your point of view that we should think about the audience reading my posts.
Glad to see your comments and know that you love the picture as much as I do! :)
